After the media presentations at the opening ceremony on the 18th, Mr. Aquino IV, accompanied by Mr. Li Ji and Mr. George, visited the BAIC booth and gave highly positive evaluations. On the 19th, the deputy minister of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Philippines and other government officials attended the show and praised BAIC for high quality auto parts and an impeccable service policy. The officials emphasized that BAIC is a responsible, international automotive company.
PIMS is organized by the Philippine Association of Automobile Manufacturers and is held every two years. It is the most important local car show in the Philippines. This year, BAIC’s participation in PIMS marked the debut at the event for China’s automotive companies and lay a solid foundation for BAIC’s further establishment as an international brand.
